Refund Policy

Cancellations:
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel without penalty.

 

Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
A fee of $15 may be charged for missed appointments or cancellations made within 2 hours of scheduled time.

 

Refunds:
Fees for completed notarial services are non-refundable. If an error occurs on our part, we will make every effort to correct it at no additional cost.

 

Deposits (if applicable):
Deposits made for special services (wedding officiating, document prep, etc.) are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date.
